Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Applicants must:
- Be enrolled in a law degree programme recognised by the Bar Council of India.
- Be in:
- 4th or 5th year of a five-year law programme; OR
- 3rd year of a three-year LL.B programme.
- Candidate must be below 28 years of age.

- Statement of Purpose (350–500 words)
- Writing Sample (1500–3000 words) demonstrating legal analysis and writing ability.

Stage-2: Telephonic Interview (If Required)
CRP may conduct a telephonic interview wherever considered necessary.
Internship Conditions
- Minimum internship period: 4 weeks
- Interns must be physically present at CRP office, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi.
- Office timings:
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Interns are expected to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
